You may return product within 14 days upon receiving the product. Items returned must be new in it's original packing, including the original invoice for the purchase. Customer return product at their own expense. All the promo products/discount products are final sales, no return or refund. Our shop is delivered by logistics companies, such as UPS, USPS, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Thank you for your understanding.
